We assist your team in the initial setup and implementation process of your company in FireLight and provide the necessary support to set up your back office for integration, routing and clearing processes.
Insurance Technologies is dedicated to assist our FireLight carrier and distribution clients with end user adoption. Working collaboratively with your team, we will assist in defining, designing and supporting an end user adoption plan to drive system success.

- Call-in or email support
- General FireLight client technical support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST.
- On-call after hour support is available for critical application and hosted environment issue resolution.
- Web-based tracking
- A web-based application is provided for issue/bug tracking and management with real-time status.
